What Do I Need to Apply?

To have a SeniorLink Eldercare unit installed, all you will need is:

  • a modern telephone line
  • a 13amp electrical socket (within 12ft of the telephone line)

We prefer that you have at least two local keyholders, such as friends, relatives or neighbours. These people will hold a copy of your door keys and will be prepared to assist you in the case of an emergency whether it be during the day or night. These keyholders will need to be on the telephone so that they can be contacted by our response centre should you need assistance. If you do not have any keyholders then please contact out Applications Department on 01706 242828 to discuss alternative options.
